COVID-19 Emergency Relief Response for Malaysia
GlobalSadaqah along with other community humanitarian partners will be supporting all those affected families including our healthcare workers by providing food boxes to them and their families.
The spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) is the most serious global health security threat in decades. Our hearts go out to all who have been affected by the outbreak, and we are deeply grateful to the thousands of healthcare workers who are on the front lines helping the communities.
Many countries are imposing much-needed restrictions to slow down the spread of COVID-19. But these restrictions are also causing unprecedented disruption especially for the elderly, underprivileged families, refugees, as well as our health care workers.
While diseases can make anyone sick, some are more at risk of getting the infection and developing severe complications due to their health, social and economic circumstances.
Providing emergency food boxes to poor hit by COVID-19 in Malaysia
Each food box costs RM 150
It contains essential food supplies that can cater up to 4 family members. This campaign targets to provide 500 food boxes to the community. You can play your part by providing partial food assistance with as low as RM 10. It is the quality and the intention of the donor that counts.
Let’s stand together as a nation and help those in need.
